Arts Council England data sharing Q&A for NPOs

Arts Council England have developed a Q&A document on the Arts Council England’s requirements for National portfolio organisations around data sharing. It explains why organisations should have data sharing agreements in place and answers some of the questions raised by NPOs.

Audience Finder a service commissioned by Arts Council England and provided by The Audience Agency to organisations to collect, share and compare audience insight. Most services are free and some designed specifically to enable venues to share insight with touring companies with minimum effort.

UK Theatre is the UK’s leading membership organisation for theatre and the performing arts. Their Legal Update covers a range of legal matters which are topical at that moment. Legal Update gives information on consultation papers, new legislation and other developments relevant to members. Organisation members can also benefit from one-to-one legal advice.

The Ticketing Institute

Launched in 2010, The Ticketing Institute’s aim is to give advice and to help you take up the new opportunities for ticketing, marketing and CRM, for digital marketing and social media integration. Market Research Society - Fair Data

Fair Data is a Market Research Society accreditation launched in January 2013 to show which companies handle their customers’ personal data fairly. A Fair Data company must meet the 10 Fair Data principles.
